The internship commission is one of the main pillars of the Bar Association, whose missions and duties are listed in the executive regulations of the legal bill on the independence of the Bar Association. The main duty of the internship commission is all matters related to the trainees, including training and monitoring the performance of the trainees during the training. Alborz Bar internship Commission has been actively involved in assigned legal affairs since its establishment. Currently, the Alborz Bar Association internship Commission consists of a president and two vice-presidents, who, according to the number of the members of the commission, are currently performing their duties in three branches. The meetings of each branch will be formalized with the presence of at least three members and its decisions will be valid with at least three affirmative votes. The head of the internship commission is elected by the board of directors and in case of existence of multiple branches, he is in charge of all the branches. The members of the commission are chosen by the board of directors, from those who are eligible to be a member of the board of directors (eight years of advocacy). Choosing the members of the internship commission from the alternate members of the board of directors is unimpeded.
